Broiled Crab Cakes

- 1½ lb backfin crabmeat, cartilage and shells removed
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 1 egg
- dash tabasco sauce
- Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
