2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Canadian-Style Bacon (Cured) 1 large whole (3" dia) Red Tomato ¼ cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese In a skillet over medium-high heat sauté the Canadian bacon until nicely browned and warmed through. Top with a slice of tomato and then cheddar while still in the pan. Cover with a lid and allow to steam with a teaspoon of water for about 1 minute to heat the tomato and melt the cheese.
