Almond-Pineapple Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk)
  • 2½ oz Pineapple
  • 20 each wholes Blanched & Slivered Almonds
  • ½ cup Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original
Instructions
  1. Feel free to substitute other fruits or nuts for the pineapple and/or almonds (about 20 whole almonds, 3 Tbsp slivered). Be sure to use fresh pineapple in this smoothie. Canned pineapple is swimming in sugar.
  2. Combine the yogurt, pineapple, almonds and almond milk in a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.
