Ingredients
  • 8 oz shredded cheese of choice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place cheese into 6 inch circles on a parchement paper lined baking pan.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they begin to turn brown and slightly bubbled.
  4. Let cool for 30 seconds then suspend over a serving spoon to form taco shape. Allow to cool completely before serving.
