Ingredients
  • 1½ lb backfin crabmeat, cartilage and shells removed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • dash tabasco sauce
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately.
