Ingredients
  • 1½ cups Almond flour
  • ½ cup wheat gluten
  • ½ cup vanilla whey
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp real fruit pectin
  • 4 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • 4 large Egg (beaten)
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • ½ cup Warm water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x5 in loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl stir together the almond flour, baking powder, wheat gluten, wheat bran, vanilla whey, ginger powder, fruit pectin, stevia and sea salt.
  3. Stir in the eggs and coconut oil. Then add the warm water. Mix it well until combined. Transfer mixture to your loaf pan. Sprinkle the top of the loaf mixture with sesame seeds or almond flakes.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Test bread with a toothpick. Your crust should be hard and golden brown. Let cool completely then remove from pan and serve.
